Xibal Gin is a drink distilled through a Copper Still, in the presence of natural botanicals such as juniper roots, pericon, fennel, coriander, and spices such as allspice, lemon, bay leaves, cardamom and orange.

Tasting notes: In the mouth, this product allows a complex flavor of juniper notes, followed by spicy notes of bay leaf and pepper, to finish with fresh notes of cardamom and herbal notes of pericon.
